Empire is a darker album, shaped by many years of dream and altered-state experiences that returned with strikingly consistent themes. Spanning different worlds, lives, and perspectives, these experiences formed a rich tapestry of imagery and emotion. Through these songs and audiovisual poems, I’ve tried to recreate fragments of what was seen, heard, and felt.

This album forms the first part of a two-album series exploring domination, control, and the struggle for freedom. Galaxy looks outward — toward off-world events unfolding elsewhere in the galaxy — with only distant reflections of Earth. The second album continues the same themes closer to humanity’s own history, focusing on events that unfolded here rather than elsewhere
